With the growing of the power grid scale and modern composite of increasingly complex power system,the power quality problems such as reactive power compensation,harmonic suppression and voltage drop attract more and more attention.The various types of power quality equipments arise at the historic moment.In order to study the nature of the power quality problems and the effectiveness of the detection of power quality equipment,the related researchs are also generating equipment of power quality disturbance and development.Power quality disturbance generator is working on related research and development.This paper analyzes all kinds of disturbance voltage,and proposes a novel multifunctional voltage disturbance generator based on cascade multilevel generator,it can produce low-frequency voltage disturbance,temporary harmonic voltage,voltage sag, and unbalance disturbance,and can produce a single or compound disturbance,the generator overcomes low efficiency, high-power, single function and other shortcomings of traditional voltage disturbance generator.Main circuit adopts back-to-back type 2H bridge structure circuit,the inverter adopts multilevel cascade structure to improve the output voltage level and realize the two-way flow of energy.Rectifier circuit uses the double closed-loop control method of the outer ring voltage and internal ring current,the inverter circuit adopts the closed loop of the CPS SPWM control technology.In this paper,the capacity of 100kva/400V voltage of main circuit parameters for the design of generator and the whole simulation using MATLAB/simulink software.With FPGA and DSP chip as control core,making the prototype of small capacity. The simulation and experimental results verify the validity and the correctness of the topological structure and control algorithm.
