Thus the working efficiency of the production logistics more and more attention by people, simulation analysis was carried out on the production logistics system is particularly important.This article will be assigned a Petri net with a combination of Flexsim software, is applied to the location of production logistics system efficiency research. As a case study of W company shock absorber production section for simulation analysis. According to the process of enterprise and the arrangement of data, and the application time Petri net production line modeling analysis of the shock absorber, the shock absorber in the production of each station as a whole, not to consider each working procedure of concrete operation process, but with the total time to time Petri net model is established, and the analysis and study time Petri net and Flexsim software mapping relationship, build Flexsim software simulation of physical model.Second parameter Settings for each entity Flexsim software, the simulation model as far as possible consistent with the actual production conditions in the production line of this shock absorber, the running simulation model, the analysis of simulation results and analysis show that the shock absorber production line production station has the problem of rate is larger; And put forward the optimization solution on this issue, according to the actual situation comprehensive evaluation scheme of optimizing choice, choose the solution to the shock absorber production line location rate of optimization scheme, on this basis, further application Flexsim software to run the simulation, the result of the simulation is analyzed, and the simulation and optimization in front of the station utilization, this paper compares and analyzes the utilization by analyzing the location of high and low to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Study shows that the production logistics system of production beats than narrowed before modeling and simulation analysis, the working efficiency of the production logistics system in each production location has been significantly improved.
