Cold mass support is International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor ITER feeder system,an important support component,and have the ability to ITER device feeder lines,pipeline suffered various loads transmitted to external piping,ensure reliable operation of the feeder system.The unit is one of the important parts of the design,testing of the need for the construction of ITER when it withstand the loads more common,and provide stable operating conditions for the feeder system.This article mainly from finite element optimization design,structural mechanics analysis of cryogenic support,design and construction aspects of the test platform and experiment in a bid to carry out in-depth study,using three-dimensional graphics software CATIA,finite element analysis software ANSYS,engineering testing machinery and engineering After the test terminals and other means to obtain the support of cryogenic mechanical strength and friction coefficient and other performance parameters,theoretical analysis,and ultimately determine the reasonableness and reliability of the support structure design.Sub-article expand cold mass support and its related parts design,analysis,manufacturing and testing research,including the following four areas:1.The design of Cold mass support.For different parts,depending on the design requirements and working conditions analysis,using three-dimensional computer design software for the study of structural modeling and optimization;optimization of the design process in further selected reliable manufacturing materials.Initially identified parts of the basic size parameters,provided the original basis for the finite element analysis.2.Finite element static analysis.Cold to the support member is more severe conditions,suffered relatively load changing load,reliability study of objects designed by the finite element analysis software;in the use of components parts to assess the effect of the same load.A static analysis method is raised,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of institutional design.3.Test platform design.Included: design of mechanical strength test platform design and friction testing platform.Due to mechanical strength tests that simulate operating conditions more difficult,so the design of test platform more complicated.Test platform carefully considered the degree of difficulty,time synchronization with the load,the technical problem to determine load step,detection variable signal acquisition and processing,etc.,and gives practical test program.4.The test platform to build and testing.Completion of the test platform for the construction,the focus is cooled to test support.Tests simulate actual working conditions,carried out mechanical strength and test friction test two elements in the design load steps at each measuring point detection,real-time data recording and collation,analysis.Under the full loading,the support can meet normal operating requirements and not be damaged.
