Study On The Risk Assessment Mode Of Automobile Product Liability

With the development of science technology and economy, the technology of automobile product is becoming more and more complex. To a large extent, it improves the people’s travel mode and material life. At the same time, automobile as the special product with high speed movement, whether it is the passenger, the third party or the manufacturer will cause immeasurable loss and produce the corresponding product liability disputes when it has defect.To carry out the systematic and scientific risk assessment of automobile product liability,which can not only protect the safety of consumers and enhance the level of risk management capacity, but also provide the certain theoretical support for the automobile priduct recall.Firstly, the automobile product liability theory is analyzed and make clear that the main components of automobile products liability. Secondly, sorting and analysis the failure data of automobile products, take the malfunction number per thousand automobiles as the basis of the risk occurrence probability prediction, quantitative assessment and forecasting the risk occurrence trend by using the Gray-Markov model, and the accuracy of the model is tested by the posterior difference test and residual test. Thirdly, adding the number of defective automobile products as the three-dimensional evaluation vector based on the two-dimensional risk matrix, and then extended to the three-dimensional risk matrix model. Meanwhile,establish the comprehensive risk evaluation model of automobile product liability through the evaluation result of risk occurrence probability, risk severity and the number of defective automobile products, and then get the specific risk value. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by an example.
