In the building energy consumption,heating ventilating and air conditioning is the focus of energy conservation because of its huge energy consumption.Ground source heat pump technology has been rapidly developed because it has many advantages such as high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,etc.At present,the ground source heat pump technology is mainly used in large and medium-sized cities.But it is less applied in the northern rural areas where the people are still using coal-fired stove.As low resource utilization and environmental pollution are serious,the government introduces various politics to change the way of heating in rural areas.So the small ground source heat pump applied in rural areas will spring up.Taking the small ground source heat pump as the research object,adjustable ladder capillary components are developed which overcomes the shortages of the existing air conditioning such as fixed capillary leading to low working efficiency under off-design operating conditions.Through numerical simulation for the ground source mode in typical areas with FLUENT,the design conditions in typical areas are determined after analyzing the optimum matching parameters for the small ground source heat pump.Through computer programming calculation,the sizes of capillary under different working conditions are determined.The capillary component samples are completed through optimization combination of the series and parallel which can make the performance of the small ground source heat pump optimal under different conditions.Finally,a small ground source heat pump test-bed is set up to compare and test the performance of these capillary components under different conditions.The results show that using ladder capillary components,the efficiency can be improved by 15% at most than using single capillary unit.So the energy saving effect is remarkable.
