| High power light-emitting diode(LED)and laser diode(LD)light irradiation of luminescent material of thermal deterioration and decay is the semiconductor lighting technology to solve the key problem.In the development of new technology of semiconductor white light,long-range glass ceramic(PIG)replace the existing fluorescent powder optical silica gel or epoxy resin light conversion coating,but it have high temperature,uneven distribution of particles and other limitations.In this paper,CaAlSiN3:Eu2+ remote fluorescent coating excited by the blue light was got by the way of sol-gel.Silica sol as the principal component,the components based component and refractive index matched TiO2,ZrO2 effect luminescent coating phase,structure and thermal stability and optical properties.Details include :A.Using sol-gel method were obtained inorganic-organic composite sol,and composite solvent as a transparent medium by spray atomization and spin coating technology in glass substrates were prepared successfully CaAlSiN3:Eu2+ based remote phosphor coating,examines the structural and optical properties of different curing temperature conditions that influence the properties of fluorescent coating of heat treatment temperature conditions optimization.B.Based on the original composite sol,titanium sol and zirconium sol were selected as the new mediators.The differences of the fluorescent coatings which introduce two kinds of inorganic sol media were compared by analysis of the characteristics of optical,morphology and adhesion.It was found that the introduction of titanium sol and titanium sol have no affect on the fluorescent particles in the fluorescent coating,but it can improve the thermal stability and film properties of the fluorescent coating.And it also leads the failure of the coupling agent and the decrease of fluorescent coating adhesion ability.C.In order to further improve the heat resistance of remote fluorescent coating,B2O3 mediator was introduced as a new mediator for the composite sol.Under the condition of high temperature,it was found that fluorescent coating will appear the phenomenon of non crystallization which leads to the light transform weaken of the fluorescent coating.D.Remote fluorescent coating was made by the use of remote fluorescent coating and white LED light source,the research of restrain Blu-ray overflow and the increase of color rendering of white light was carried out.By adjusting the thickness of the fluorescent coating and the content of the phosphor,the color rendering of white light can be effectively improved. |
