In recent years,the abnormal climate change,extreme natural disasters,frequent natural disasters like typhoon and strong cold air attack ships on the sea which lead to sudden accidents happen.Rescuing life on the sea faces the challenge.Since maritime rescue should establish adjoin between the rescued ship and in distress ship through heaving the line.However,rescue process is restricted by the risk and distance of artificial heaving-line.It is constitute a missile variable weight that cable-ball drag the heaving-line movement.The movement of time-varying-weight system refers to the weight as the changing of time and changing regular or random in which the research field of the classical mechanics.Based on time-varying-weight system of the spatial trajectory,it is possible that a convenience and security heaving-line set could be designed which is the key point of the study.Cable-ball and heaving-line compose missile system.The weight of cable-ball is not changed during the movement,but the weight of heaving-line is changed during the movement with the time.Firstly,based on the trajectory of the missile system,the Momentum theorem,Meshcherskii-equation and Newton's second law have been introduced,the time-varying-weight dynamic model is established.The result could be obtained not only by using the fourth-fifth order Runge-Kutta method for numerical analysis according the established dynamic model which is given the initial conditions,but also getting heaving-line and cable-ball's spatial trajectory through the Matlab simulation.Secondly,on the process of time-varying-weight dynamic modeling,the time-varying movable situation can be divided into increasing and decreasing weight which respectively analyzed and compared with constant weight.According to the simple structure and easy manufacture and convenient operation requirements,the design of heaving-line set should be based on time-varying increased weight system.As the heaving-line set will be used on the sea,time-varying-weight system affected by wind,so the whole system is carried on the preliminary analysis and simulation.Meanwhile,time-varying-weight difference trajectories of the altitude intercept between two ships or ship and dock are also been computed.Thirdly,heaving-line set design is completed.General assembly drawing design and key parts are calculated or simulated by Solidworks.It is included stiffness and stress analysis.The shape of cable-ball is also optimized and analyzed by using the Fluent software.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the established dynamic model,a prototype is manufactured.Verified experiment have been finished.All the process of experiment have been recorded by video.Compared with the simulative results and videos,it is concluded that the time-varying-weight dynamic model is correct.
