Style Control Research Of Beijing Traditional Villages

Traditional villages in Beijing area are valuable living cultural heritage resources left by ancestors. It's an important component of China's historical and cultural heritage. Along with the development and evolvement of civilized and ancient capital of Beijing, these traditional villages have truly recorded the track of the traditional villages in each developmental epochs, regions, development stage and deductive historical process and have objectively responded the interrelationship between its traditional architectural scene and spatial form, the local characteristics of traditional culture and popular customs and folkways, as well as local customs and practices and developmental traditional cultural information elements in Beijing area.as an example to have comprehensively summarized the component factor features of traditional village scene in Beijing area and systematically analyzed and researched the most prominent problem existing in the traditional village development in Beijing area: disordered development and blind development and construction cause irreversible damage in landscape texture feature of traditional villages; it has comprehensively analyzed the defined theoretical basis and detailed content of the traditional village scene element in Beijing area; it has focused on the research of general character material elements, individuality material elements and non-material elements constituted by traditional village scene in Yanqing area; it has thoroughly researched and inquired the main issues affecting the traditional village scene protection in Yanqing area; it has focused on the research and establishment of “Traditional Scene Control Guideline”(hereinafter referred to as "Guideline"). It has comprehensively discussed the detailed target and meaning of its control guideline, the general principles of control, the scene sub-control detailed rule of three levels(macroscopic, meso and micro level) of traditional scene in Yanqing area and typical village control guideline and other detailed contents of the seven fields in five categories. The "guideline" theoretical concepts are easy to be understood, highly targeted and easy to be operated, which has an important role in guiding the actual operation of Beijing traditional village scene protection control and has a very strong practical significance to solve the problem existing in traditional village scene cultural protection in Yanqing area.
