Design and implementation of the ultrasonic sound field measuring equipment is mainly to study industrial site internal complex sound field,exploring the law of the acoustic field distribution and the important factors influencing the acoustic field distribution that the workpiece can be the most efficient to achieve the best cleaning effect,which has a guiding role on the cleaning efficiency of industrial washing machine.In this thesis,the author studies on ultrasonic sound field measuring equipment is mainly composed of the sound field measuring instrument and ultrasonic sound sensors(hydrophone)and the ultra strong sound sensor is composed of sound intensity probe,qualcomm and low-pass filter,washing machine internal analog signal can be detected by ultra sound intensity probe accurately,throughing the filter to remove high frequency noise and then go through ultrasonic sound field measuring equipment for processing.Advanced hardware circuit,the signal source after LM7341 operational amplifier,amplifying the signal filtering and then after ADS8320 A/D sampling,sampling velocity,the beginning and end are all through the connection of main control chip STC12C5628 AD control;The whole sound field measuring instrument hardware power supply is provided by the LM2596-5 v,external 9 v voltage can be converted to stable power supply 5 v to each module,also supporting the function of serial communication hardware.Sound field measurement equipment on the software part of the algorithm is mainly for data processing and three cleaning machine interior acoustic field reconstruction research,respective by five point three times the data smoothing processing such as smoothing algorithm to obtain sound field parameters,The three dimensional reconstruction with sinusoidal interpolation algorithm to obtain the accuracy of the graphics and smoothness;Finally,throughing a serial port communication FIFO circulation cache is used to ensure that data is not lost to the PC.Paper by specifying theory can achieve a series of technical indicators,testing in a cleaner environment,and the experimental results show that the sound field measuring equipment has reached the requirement of preset.And different factors are analyzed in detail under the law of the acoustic field distribution and influence factor of the acoustic field distribution,which has a certain guiding value for installation of industrial washing machine and cleaning.
