With the development of modern industry, which towords high speed and heavy load, the performance requirements of the bearings are increasing. When the load increases, the deformations of the bearing have a serious influence and what is worse, it can lead to the failure of bearing surface, which causes huge losses, so good performance of bearing lubrication is very important. At present, analysis of the tilting pad bearings and radial thrust bearing are extensive, However, design and calculation of the fixed slope thrust bearing still depend on the approximate calculation stage and the graph, which ignore the deformations and changes in viscosity of the lube oil. Aiming at the above problems, this paper considered effects of the viscosity temperature changes, the deformations of the bearing, and used fixed pad bearing calculation software to the analyze to the lubrication performance of the fixed tile surface bearing.This paper mainly includes the following parts:According to the theory of fluid lubrication bearing, establish a mathematical model of slope thrust bearing, and the mathematical model of control equations of oil film bearing surface shape are crucial and make simultaneous solutions among the Reynolds equation, energy equation and oil film shape equation.This paper used the method of finite element numerical analysis, by using the ANSYS software, the numerical simulation is carried out for the deformations of fixed slope thrust bearing, analyzed different working conditions and different pad structure on the bearing deformations, and got the deformation rules of slope thrust bearing and the form of deformations.A comparative analysis is carried out by the classical calculation method(without considering the change of viscosity and the deformation of bearing) and the finite element calculation method(considering the change of viscosity and the deformation of bearing). Analyze the main performance parameters of the bearing oil film about thickness, temperature and pressure when the working conditions of bearing(speed and load) are changed, thrust bearing deformation values are used in the calculation and to analyze changes of the lubrication performance of bearing variation.This conclusion can provide a reference for the design and application of such thrust bearing, In order to reduce the concave deformations, which are not good for the capacity of the carrying. |
