In recent years, the explosive growth of the vehicle promotes the development of the vehicle network, which makes it become the focus of the wireless communication direction. However, taking into account the application of cost factors, multi-infrastructure assisted Vehicular Ad hoc Network is proposed to reduce the cost of network deployment.The application of visible light communication(VLC) technology in the vehicle network can realize the point to point information transmissionwhich can reduce the cost of the module. Contrasted to traditional network and Vehicular Ad hoc Network, multi-infrastructure assisted Vehicular Ad hoc Network has unique properties, which include big network scale, heterogeneous network feature, dynamic network, insufficient coverage and social attributes. In order to make the whole network connectivity, how to deploy nodes to reduce the cost of deployment, and according to the current research situation proposes that multi-infrastructure assisted Vehicular Ad hoc Network still have several key problems in the application needed to be solved.In the vehicle network, firstly the visible light communication channel coding technology isused to improve the efficiency of data transmissionin this paper.Channel coding is paid attention to because it is easy to be disturbed by noise in the process of communication,and it is an important method of error correction, which can improve the decoding performance, reduce the complexity of the decoding, and improve the communication efficiency. To improve the performance of channel decoding, reduce the decoding complexity and increase the rate of information transmission in the visible light communication. Taking into account the good performance of the LDPC code and powerful processing capability of the RS code, this paper proposes a scheme with RS code and LDPC code cascaded.The scheme is easy to implement with low complexity. The simulation results show that the proposed method has a significant improvement in error rate and error correction capability when compared with the code without coding,and concatenated LDPC codes with the performance of different code length in cascaded codes, when the bit error rate reaches 10-3, it can improve the gain amounting to about 2d B, this conforms to the reality. Therefore, the technology will be able to gain popularity.Due to the vehicle network commonly used mobile broadband wireless network to transmit data in vehicle network, visible light communication as a new technology will have a very important role in the vehicle network,and the vehicle node is connected to the Internet through the Internet access point(abbrevd AP) which deployed in the highway network.So in order to communicate all the vehicle network, this paper is committed to join the minimum number of relay nodes deployed to complete in the vehicle network. At present, such as multi-band Mesh network technology, Zig Bee technology, IEEE 802.16 j technologyand so on, but these technologies have a common drawback is the need to depend on network connectivity. In fact, no wireless network connectivity is common extremaly, for example: accidental damage, random deployment, energy depletion and so on,these can cause disconnectedphenomenon in wireless network, usuallyadding some relays can make networks connected. In fact, the energy of the network nodes is uneven or the dynamic environment is poor, therefore, thus we are dedicated to the research on relay deployment problem in vehicle network which can be proved NP-hard.First, we deduce the approximate ratio of previous relay deployment strategy in common network when it is used in vehicle network, and Relay Deployments based on Weighted Graph Augmentationis proposed and deduced that theapproximate ratio is 10. Finally, the effect of the above algorithm is verified by experiment, and the output of the algorithm is proved to be obvious.
