In the current grid, relative to the passive filter, activing injection filter is recognized as the most effective means of governance harmonic, its detection algorithm and the control algorithm need to constantly updated and improved.This paper studies the complete APF system for a complete system simulation APF, and produced a prototype, implement validation detection algorithms and control algorithms based on simulation and experiments. On the harmonic current detection algorithm, this paper presents an improved adaptive variable step harmonic detection algorithm, which has some innovation, which uses a sliding integrator extract true tracking error, and the use of self-adjustment factor with fuzzy regulator to dynamically adjust the step size to ensure harmonic detection process both fast dynamic response speed, while maintaining a small homeostasis. In the harmonic current compensation control algorithm, SVPWM algorithm is proposed in this paper to overcome the traditional SVPWM algorithm output glitches larger, higher operating frequency IGBT and other shortcomings, to limit the narrow pulse output, the output glitch reduce, reduce IGBT switching frequency, and has improved the utilization of the advantages of the DC voltage.In order to verify the performance of APF compensation prototype, without affecting the normal operation of the power grid, we design and completely isolated from the power grid harmonic source. Harmonic harmonic source can be any number of times superimposed grid to simulate reality suffered contamination. APF system will generate harmonic currents harmonic source as compensation object to verify APF compensation performance.Experimental use of digital control system, the control platform for DSP+CPLD, and experimental results verify the improved waveform variable step size adaptive harmonic detection algorithms and harmonic compensation SVPWM control algorithm feasibility and effectiveness.
