| The process database has accumulated a huge amount of history process data in the process of aircraft manufacturing and assembly process. In order to realize the reuse of these data, this paper builds a number of systems for cloud services through establishing data model of aircraft assembly process based on knowledge and using cloud service platform technology and put forward two algorithms: aircraft rapid process design matching algorithm and aircraft assembly process attribute reduction algorithm based on Rough Set Theory. The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1) Data model of aircraft assembly process based on ontology is built by studying characteristics of assembly process and the role of various factors in aircraft assembly process.(2) In this paper, we propose to build a data cloud service platform for aircraft assembly process, which integrates the functions of collecting, managing and summarizing the information data of aircraft assembly process, and provides the data analysis service to the users to find the potential value of process data.(3) An attribute reduction algorithm based on the combination of the resolution matrix and information entropy is proposed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of attribute reduction, through the research of the traditional Rough Set model.(4) Using the proposed algorithm, the decision table is obtained by the example. And a fast process design model is proposed to improve the efficiency of enterprise process design.(5) By defining the decision logic language, as well as the deduction of the decision logic, the decision table of the aircraft assembly process is extracted and reduced.The aircraft assembly process cloud service platform sets up the process data model for attribute reduction using rough set theory data mining technology, and solves the problem of the waste of historical process data. |
