The research content of this paper points to the control field of small and medium heat steam power generation steam turbine. Through the design and practice, we find a steam turbine control method with stable performance, simple operation and low cost. The application value of the thesis lies in the recovery and utilization of waste heat in dry quenching process. The purpose is to transform the heat energy into superheated steam to generate additional benefits.Problem to solve problems including:steam turbine unit start stop, auxiliary control, load adjustment, protection interlock control and steam reduction temperature and pressure control and generates the important parameters of the alarm records and time history curve and other.In recent years, the power generation steam turbine control method has been developed rapidly, and the distributed control system has been widely used. This kind of system has very high reliability and flexibility, and has achieved good economic benefits.The basic theory of this thesis is based on the principle of distributed control, computer control system and design theory, the theory of object oriented programming, intelligent detection and conversion technology, and Research on the control system of waste heat steam power generation steam turbine. The research method of this thesis is to adopt the distributed control system (DCS)which is widely used today, and to build a system platform. S7-400 DCS SIEMENS is a control system with open architecture. The advanced hardware control equipment and network equipment can meet the requirements of stability, rapidity and real-time performance of modern power generation steam turbine system.The main work of this paper includes:collecting and arranging the main technical basis of software programming; controlling points and hardware selection of the system; the hardware and network structure of the software programming environment; the design of the control program of the oil supply system and the security system; the selection and setting of TSI detection system; the visual design of the main process flow chart; the system running and debugging record and so on.
