Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is used as an efficient green energy, have been developed rapidly in the vehicle fuel. At present, liquefied natural gas cylinders for vehicles are affected by the adiabatic performance, its application field are mainly concentrated in buses, heavy trucks, and in use is restricted by a certain family car. This article through to liquefied natural gas cylinders for vehicles design calculation and finite element simulation and experiment validation, in order to improve the car of liquefied natural gas cylinder adiabatic performance, promote its application in the family car.Based on the 450L liquefied natural gas cylinders for vehicles as the research object, introduces the structure, working principle, manufacture process, the content of the test requirements. Through static rate of evaporation heat leakage test results verified the reasonable design and calculation method, designed for adiabatic similar products provide certain reference. At the same time, the use of ANSYS analysis software, the steady state thermal analysis with finite element method to calculate the heat leak. Change the cylinder main heat leakage structure size, analyzes its influence to the entire cylinder insulation performance. Major heat structure changes the cylinder, and analyzed its effect on the performance of the whole cylinder adiabatic. With theoretical calculation, production test, finite element analysis, and the combination of analysis to the heat leakage in the heat conduction.According to the static rate of evaporation test results presented, direct use of environmental temperature to calculate the static rate of evaporation can project, simplifying the measurement parameters. Through the comparison of the results of theoretical calculation and experiment result, the theoretical calculation method is suitable for the guidance of the cylinder of the insulation design and production process. According to the results of the analysis, improvement of liquefied natural gas cylinders for vehicles structure, increase the neck pipe length, the adiabatic effect cylinders were improved obviously. |
