Reciprocating piston pump and diaphragm pump is a rugged pressure pumps, etc., to overcome the pump seal wear and other shortcomings developed an ideal reciprocating feed pump. This diaphragm pump is simple in structure, can be efficiently done solid and liquid two-phase medium with high temperature and corrosive and high viscosity fluid conveying distance. The wear resistance of slider friction is an important index, which affects diaphragm pump design size, manufacturing costs and working life. This paper is an experimental study and analysis on wear resistance of friction under the condition of different lubricating. The wear resistance of friction is consist of ductile iron and three other materials (cast iron, zinc alloy, aluminum bronze). The paper provides a basis for the design of the friction and the choice of lubricants.The pressure and relative sliding velocity of slider provide the basis for determining the experimental parameters. The pressure and relative sliding velocity of slider contains the analysis of mathematical models and ADAMS simulation.The pressure experiments can get friction coefficient variation under the condition of different lubricating. Depending on that it can obtain allowable friction and provides basis for the design of slider friction.Long-time friction experiments under the condition of sufficiently lubricating with oil simulated the normal working state of slider friction, to get the wear resistance of slider friction, which can provide the basis of replacement of aluminum bronze.Under the condition of lack of oil, analysis of friction coefficient's variation and specimen's microcosmic pattern, the long grinding experiments simulated conditions the machine off the oil to make sure the wear resistance of three materials in order to get basis of safe operation.To further study the influence between the wear resistance and the lubricating oil viscosity, scar diameter of steel ball on four ball test could confirm wear resistance of lubricants.The paper provides a reliable basis for the selection of slider friction, design, structure and have an important reference for the new-type diaphragm pump's improvement design.
