With China's rapidly economic development, urbanization brings massive engineering construction.The cities' environment becoming increasingly complex,Meanwhile,Deep Foundation Pit engineering has been growing concern and attention.The effect of Foundation Pit engineering construction on adjacent building is so important that it is closed related the quality, economic, and security of engineering. In order to guarantee the safety of deep foundation pit adjacent building and ensure the smooth construction of deep foundation pit engineering, The article focus on the adjacent buildings' deforming law, the influence of deep foundation pit construction of an adjacent building primarily on settlement and tilt caused by the settlement, so author focuses on the settlement of nearby buildings.Deep Foundation Pit project uses Pile-Anchor Supporting methods in this article. Pile-Anchor Supporting methods has become widespread application of retaining structure as it's project adaptable in foundation pit engineering systems in Shenyang. But there are two extreme events in excavation engineering:One is deep foundation pit engineering potential security problems even accident caused by blindly reducing the parameters, this has led to the buildings, roads and around foundation pit water, electricity, gas pipe network of lifeline damage. Another is unnecessary waste caused by highly conservative support type selection and design. In order to seek both economic and security support programme, Author uses the method of orthogonal experiment with numerical simulation to optimize the parameters of supporting structure. We hope that this can guide the actual design and construction to a certain extent.This article is based on China Overseas Estate monitoring project in Shenyang, the main research contents and related achievements are as follows:According to the project real data, this article use the methods of analysis of horizontal displacement of pile top the chart, top of the pile settlement, peripheral surface subsidence deformation law of law, and combinating Numerical Simulation Analysis Method, reach Shenyang (Sand) area settlement of the buildings adjacent deep foundation pit;Use the method of Equivalent Beam and length of Sines for deep foundation pit engineering, calculate the length of piles?pile embedded depth?length of the bolt, bolt anchorage length,and combined those with foundation pit design parameters,we found that possibility and necessity of supporting structure parameters'optimization exists;This article uses the method of orthogonal experiment with numerical simulation, according to design parameters, the adjacent building settlement as an evaluation index, this article optimizes the supporting structure parameters for deep foundation pit engineering.
