| Ball mill, which works as a kind of heavy machinery, is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and coal etc. Sliding bearing, as a major way of using on ball mill, it’s not only underpinning the weight of the whole barrel, but also underpinning the material itself and the grinding balls’impact load on the cylinder. In the actual production process, people often meet with the status that the sliding bearing was burn out. Once appearing the bearing damage or injury, repairing period will be very long, and that will influence production efficiency seriously. As the failure caused by the sliding bearing of ball mill fault happens frequently, so the study of temperature on sliding bearing oil film has very important significance.When the liquid static pressure sliding bearing work normally, and the lubricating oil has viscosity which will raise the temperature of lubricating oil. As the lubricating oil temperature rising, leading to the reduced of viscosity, which will affect the oil film bearing ability, seriously will leading to the bearing failure. And heat reaching to the bearing will make the bearing deformation, the temperature distribution of bearing is the largest influence, if the temperature is uniform distribution and the temperature difference is not big, the local deformation of bearing will relatively reduce.For this reason, this article summarizes the ball mill and its commonly used bearing, and introduces the difference of constant pressure and the constant flow fuel supplying and their respective characteristics, and duce the stiffness and bearing capacity of oil film on constant way. In theory, also reduced the basic way of heat transfer, viscosity-temperature relationship, the energy equation of the temperature rising, the Reynolds equation and the boundary conditions.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper using computational fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT, establish finite element model of oil film and analysis the temperature distribution of oil film in different speed, and analysis the characteristics of oil film bearing capacity when consider the condition of the viscosity-temperature characteristics of oil film.Also by using the method of fluid-structure coupling heat transfer, this paper established the coupled model of oil film and bearing, used to simulating the heat generated by the oil film in the bearing transmission conditions, and gets some meaningful conclusions. |
