Single-input split-torque transmission is a relatively new mechanical transmission.This transmission has a lot of properties such as less mass,higher reliablity, lower energy loss and so o n. Because of these properties,this transmission will be well applied in the field of aviation and ship.The core technology of single-input split-torque transmission is its characteristics of load-sharing.As a result,it has a great importance to do research about its characteristics of load-sharing of this transmission. Target on a single-input split-torque transmission,this paper's content is mainly consisted of static load-sharing characteristics analysis based on synchronous angle.Dynamics analysis model establishment and dynamics load-sharing characteristics analysis.Designing a test-bed for experimental verification of dynamics load-sharing characteristics.When doing research about the load-sharing characteristics based on synchronous angle,the definition and solution of synchronous angle was given with gear errors.The defection angles of big gear in split stage caused by torsional deformation of duplicate gear shaft,gear engagement distortion and gear center displacement were driven. Impact of torsional stiffness of duplicate gear shaft,bending deformation of step shaft,support stiffness of transmission shaft and comprehensive gear errors on static load-sharing characteris of system was analyzed.When driving dynamic differential equation for this transmisson,a dynamic analysis model was established,in which support damping,the time-varying mesh stiffness, backlashes, mesh errors were considered.Based on the property of closed loop structure, differential equations could be obtained without rigid displacement using the relationship between relative meshing displacement and the shaft torsional linear displacement. Considering the big difference of order of magnitude between every physical quantity,the dimensionless differential equations were obtained.When doing research on property of dynamics load-sharing, the dynamic load-sharing coefficient of this system were acquired through solving of dynamic differential equation by the fourth Runge-Kutta method.Then,impacts of torsional stiffness,support stiffness,support damping and comprehensive errors on dynamics load sharing property were analyzed.When setting up a test rig for a single-input split-torque transmission,the flexible shaft in elastic quill shafting was chosen as the test piece.The measurement method of torque on the flexible shaft was designed.A 150 k W test rig was also designed and set up.Modal analysis of gearbox was done for avoiding resonance.When doing research on experimental study of dynamic load-sharing characteristics,static calibration was done on the flexible shaft for making sure the relation between actual torque and measured torque.The dynamic load-sharing coefficients of the system were measured under three different working contion.At the same time,the quantitative and qualitative analysis on comparing the theoretical dynamic load-sharing coefficient with were also done...
