In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, China's infrastructure construction has reached a new height; the development speed of transportation is becoming faster and faster. The number of vehicles continues to increase; driving environment and road conditions are becoming more complex, but, real-time supervision of vehicle information to a certain extent, can improve resource utilization, reduce logistics risk, improve transport efficiency. But with the increase of vehicle data, the existing data processing capacity of vehicle supervision system can not meet the growing demand, and therefore a supervision platform with capacity of handling huge amounts of data is needed to developed to ensure accuracy and efficiency of real-time supervision.In this thesis, based on the development of the GPS vehicle supervision system in large iron and steel enterprises, the three layers B/S architecture vehicle supervision architecture approach of public service platform is discussed. Based on the analysis of vehicle supervision systems, massive data storage research and application status at home and abroad, in view of the existing massive data and high concurrency situation faced by the vehicle supervision platform, a platform based server cluster load balancing, with MySQL and HBase database combining, three layers B/S architecture of the public service supervision platform architecture method is proposed, and the design methods are given.In this thesis, the database,communications server,web server and other software modules are detailed and a lot of management and supervision funtions such as real-time supervision, track playback, intelligent alarm,information statistics,logging and system management are realized.Presented in this thesis according to the method of structure of three layers B/S system structure of vehicle monitoring public service platform, can meet business and user needs under the massive data and high concurrent conditions, at the same time has an important reference for similar platform construction.
