As the war entered the modern, three-dimensional and the information age, the UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV) plays a more and more important role in the military warfare. However, in practical flight of UAV is affected by many uncertain factors, these uncertainties may cause they cannot complete the tasks of pre-established. Receiving the ultra-poor information(that is, by uncertainty factors), the UAV must do local tracks adjustment based on the pre-tracks, the current flight track space and error types, through the adjustment to continue along a predetermined route to perform tasks.According to the characteristics of the UAV's super tolerance for a wide range and the complexity of the search space, this paper introduces the expert system to solve local tracks adjustment strategy of UAV's autonomous decision-making problems, this will speed up the UAV partial adjustment of speed and improve UAV autonomous decision-making efficiency.In this paper, the concept of the principle of expert system and the characteristics are introduced and discussed. Knowledge base and inference engine are the two most important parts of an expert system: expert system knowledge base is the key to quality is excellent, and the inference engine determines the efficiency of the expert system. In order to build a perfect knowledge base for the UAV local track adjustment strategy, the article has conducted the classified research to the ultra-poor information, and discusses the corresponding adjustment strategy. For the inference mechanism, we use forward reasoning based reasoning strategies to ensure that the inference engine efficiency and reasoning rigor.Finally, based on the object oriented software design, this paper conduct a comprehensive study for UAV's local track adjustment needs and functional requirements.According to the development needs and the function modules of UAV local track adjustment strategy decision system requirements, the system does detailed design and implementation. Through the various functions of the decision-making systems fully tested and verified that the system has a stable performance and system design science,achieving the goal of this paper designed advance.
