With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasingly serious environmental problems, adjusting the energy structure and promoting economic restructuring has been an important part in the current economic development. Developing the natural gas industry and design a complete upside-entrainment gas stove with high power, high efficiency has become an inevitable trend in the field of kitchen appliances.Howerver, some problems existing in the traditional complete upside-entrainment gas stove, such as power attenuation, yellow flame and poor ejector performance,which lead to the applications have been restricted greatly. This paper adopts experimental and theoretical analysis, effectively solve the problem of power attenuation by optimizing the intake pipe By using CFD numerical simulation technology, and researching & analysising the straight ejector performance,it helps optimize design the ejector tube and improve the performance of the ejector. In addition,through the boundaries of yellow flame fire which we found in the experiment, it helps optimize the combustion performance of outer loop.Meamwhile, using the advanced CFD numerical simulation technology in the complete upside-entrainment gas stove cold and thermal calculation.Through the cold flow velocity contours,pressure contours, components of the gas contours we known the flow performance, mixing performance and the performance of the ejector. Through the temperature contours and thermal efficiency in the thermal mode, it helps calculate the thermal characteristics of combustion. According to the simulation results, design the suitable performance structure parameters range of the gas stove.Finally, researching the characteristics of primary air, outside the inner load / ratio and loading height about the thermal performance of this stove on the flame testbench.Optimizing the structure and size of the gas stove on the test bench according to the new national standard. The experiment shows that the complete upside-entrainment gas stove with the performance of thermal efficiency to be 66% and Power to be 4.2KW is currently the state-of-the-art complete top air gas stove in the industry.
