For remote sensing satellite,the image quality is essential.But due to the normal operation of the mounted device will cause micro-vibration during the satellite in orbit.the main vibration sources of satellite include reaction wheel's attitude adjustment?attitude adiustment of thrusters?solar panels' attitude adjustment?imaging devices?camer scaning mechanism?etc.These micro-vibrations are the main factors to affect high precision remote sensing satellite pointing accuracy and image quality and other important performance.In order to meet the needs of high-resolution satellite imaging,Micro-vibration effectively suppressed during satellite orbit to promote the development of China's satellite remote sensing technology has important significance.This paper proposes a six degrees of freedom active vibration isolation solutions based on cube configuration Stewart parallel mechanism,and using a piezoelectric ceramics as actuator of active vibration isolation system,dynamic force sensor as vibration signal measuring element of system,flexible hinge as the revolute pairs,the structural design of the piezoelectric active vibration isolation platform has been completed.Completed the design and analysis of the piezoelectric actuator and flexible hinge respectively.Used experimental method to test the actuatro piezoelectric actuator's static characteristics and finite element method analysis it's dynamic characteristics,results of analysis proved that the piezoelectric actuator has a good linear output and dynamic characteristic;for bi-derectional flexible hinge,used analytical method to calculate the rotational stiffness of the flexible hinge and the correctness of the analytical method and bi-derectional flexible's high rotation accuracy has been verified by finite element method.In this paper, attitude of load platform is described, reversed kinematics solution to Stewart platform is solved and dynamics model of isolation system is built.Single degree of freedom vibration test platform has been built based on Integral Force Feedback control method,test results showed that active vibration isolation system reduced the corner frequency and resonance peak,resonance peak is declined by 18 dB.Finally,the transmissibility curves of isolation system are tested, The results show that the designed isolation platform has good performance.
