Automotive headlamp is the key components of safely driving at night or dark cases,the stand or fall of the lighting performance directly affects the safety of the car.The merits of the automobile headlamps optics design has a great influence on lighting on the performance and effect of irradiation,this paper is from the enterprise cooperation projects,In the reverse design, simulation study on the existing headlamps and based on the analysis of light distribution, in order to improve the illuminate of light performance and to improve the comfort of driving at night, drivers analysis on optical device is optimized to achieve the purpose of raise the utilization ratio of light source, and is of great significance to enhance the security of a driver’s driving at night.In the reverse design of headlamp,first of all it has the 3 d scan point cloud data model on a headlamps,get the point cloud data model,reuse software Imageware reverses on cloud data processing and surface reconstruction of dipped headlights, high beam, hood surface three parts.Then the optical simulation model is set up, of light through optical simulation software LucidShape model for light distribution analysis, according to the GB4599-2007 standard has a performance to evaluation of light.In order to improve the utilization rate of light energy, this paper takes reflector as a small parabolic section to analyze,get the main factors influencing the luminous flux, including the calibre of the reflector, focal length, center hole diameter,and analyzes the main parameters affecting the luminous flux calculation, according to the calculation results for structure improvement and this car headlamps light distribution analysis.Results show that after the modification design for optical device, one group of reflector diameter increase data meets the requirements and reasonable light distribution, the system of light energy utilization ratio increased by 2.9%.In this paper, through the reverse and optical simulation technology study of headlamps optical devices, and the optimization of the structure has carried on the related improvement, its performance is improved, to obtain good lighting effect, so as to enhance the safety and comfort of driver’s driving at night.
