With the rapid development of Chinese for nearly 20 years, Chinese GDP ranked second in the world, only inferior to the United States, to become the second largest economy system. Domestic consumer demand also has been growing, especially in home appliances, people purchase more and more completely. The induction cooker as an essential part of home appliances, becomes more and more popular in recent years, especially household induction cooker, due to its low price, high safety, and now has become a popular commodity. Because of the pursuit of low-cost, so highly integrated hardware and single function in induction cooker, which is not conducive to expansion. Now the induction cooker research and development enters a slow period, which is to maintain the status quo of induction cooker mainly by increasing propaganda work and sales channels.The demand of induction cooker in the market is diversify, mainly concentrates on intelligent control and outdoor power supply work in two ways. But to the big appliance companies, the cost research and development of diversity is rather high, and the later efficiency is not very obvious. But for the small companies based on research and development, it can increase the opportunities for cooperation and the appliance market entry. In this paper, the design of the portable induction cooker based on wireless communication is aimed at research an innovation, to achieve diversification of electromagnetic oven, and do an exploratory research on the development direction of induction cooker across the wireless communication control and outdoor storage battery supply work.In this design, on the premise of considering quality and cost of product R & D, we do transformations on the tradition induction cooker. Add the wireless communication and the DC power supply, and replace the core control chip, mainly concentrate in the hardware circuit microcontroller made in Japan and Korea, Its control precision is not high enough and the microcontroller capacity is small,needs to change them into Cortex-M0 microcontroller which is very popular now as the core processor. It strengthens the control precision of the electromagnetic oven, improves the operation speed, and extends communication function. Induction cooker requires accurate monitoring of peripheral circuits, to obtain working information and the circuit working condition, to ensure safe working environment for electromagnetism oven, detect communication signals to operate and monitor electromagnetism oven in real time.It needs a series of data analysis in the program design process, to realize PID operation to regulate power, and needs no pot detection, communications data extraction, real-time control,low power conditioning and so on.
