Precast monolithic concrete structure system has experienced three stages of development, from prefabricated components to prefabricated wall, floor and prefabricated body. “Vibration Table Test Research of Foamed Concrete Cladding Panel on Reinforced Concrete Frame” is an important research topic of the combination of theory research and engineering application in the field of prefabricated concrete construction technology. The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows.(1) 8 pieces of concrete frame model external light wallboard was made of foam concrete, ceramsite foam concrete and antirust coating steel. Two 1/2 scale model vibration table test research of foamed concrete cladding panel on reinforced concrete Frame were made. Where X to test outside wall hanging in a direction parallel to the earthquake, Y to test wall hanging in the direction perpendicular to the earthquake.(2) Filature mode of node area is analyzed based on the experimental phenomena in two directions under the action of earthquake damage pattern. Test results show that under severe earthquake, to X direction, lightweight wall cracks are mainly distributed around the hangs Taiwan node, to Y direction, lightweight wall cracks are mainly concentrated in humanly scaled. Node failure phenomenon of single steel plate is more obvious than that of double steel plate. But the gap is not big; two types of nodes can meet the safety requirements. The failure phenomenon of panel with ceramsite is more obvious than that with no ceramsite, but the gap is not big, two types of panel can meet the safety requirements.(3) Vibration table test results show that: after the test of two directions, the measured model natural frequency than before the test measured natural frequencies decreased, but the range is not big, so the damage is not so severe. Model roof peak acceleration under the effect of artificial wave is the largest under X direction vibration, Model roof peak acceleration under the effect of Taft wave is the largest under X direction vibration. It shows that cladding wall of two different directions impact on structural stiffness and natural frequency of vibration, resulting in two directions of test model do not match the acceleration and displacement responses to different seismic waves.
