The research of travel hot spots, temporal-spatial characteristics and evolution of logistics vehicle based on logistics vehicle monitoring data is conducive to extend the production, management, service and application integration and sharing information service chain, which is able to drive the mobile vehicle monitoring information value-added service based on vehicle network, enhance the logistics supervision level and transportation management services, improve the transport efficiency and transport security of goods and promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the city.The research of this thesis is supported by the science and technology support program of Hubei province named "The Key Technologies of Collaborative Supervision and Application Demonstration oriented to Logistics Vehicle Networking "(2014BAA146), in which a kind of temporal data storage solution is designed based on MongoDB in order to improve the efficiency of spatial data retrieval. And it also has put forward a travel identification methods based on the state of the vehicle speed and the temporal and spatial characteristics of ACC which can be helpful for researching on the spatial-temporal characteristics of vehicles travel. The main work of this thesis is shown as follows:(1)A temporal data storage method based on MongoDB is designed. In the process of this research, a method of numerical code through the GPS collection of metadata format for storageis used to alleviate the pressure of disk storage. What’s more, a method of the spatial-temporal data storage on MongoDB cluster architecture based on sharding and the establishment of spatial index is designed which is able to enhance the efficiency of calculation speed for trajectory data mining and data retrieval.(2)A travel identification method based on the state of the vehicle speed and ACC is proposed. A vehicle trajectory classification method based on vehicle speed and the state of ACC is analyzed firstly. And then it achieves the recognition of vehicle travel activities by classifying and merging the GPS trajectory constantly based on the basic principle of Stop-Move model, which is able to provide the basic data for research of vehicle travel hot spots and the spatial and temporal characteristics.(3) An extraction method of spatial-temporal characteristics for vehicle travel based on LBS is designed, which is used to analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics of Wuhan city travel logistics vehicle. Firstly, a method of analyzing the vehicle travel preferences and the attractive characteristics of regional hot spots is designed according to the characteristics of the vehicle travel itinerary. What’s more, a calculation of vehicle hot regional attraction and rest activity similarity is put forward for the travel evaluation calculation and routine hot regional attraction of vehicles, which can be used to analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics of Wuhan city travel logistics vehicles and can be able to provide decision support for the logistics operation management based on the Internet of vehicle.The main contribution of this thesis is that it has made a research and application about the key technology of the spatial-temporal characteristics of vehicle travel combined with the specific project background, which may provide a theoretical reference and technical reference for the research and application of vehicle trajectory data mining intelligent logistics field.
