FSRU is a kind of offshore LNG receiving terminal. Due to it can adjust to some location, easy procedure, and short period of building, low cost and so on. It becomes more and more popular. The re-gasification module is very important for FSRU. According to its feature this paper select a suitable vaporizer used in its system, considering FSRU in used in LNG boat, we must utilize the space and improve the safety, so this paper prompt the super-cooled intermediate fluid heat transfer process and select the fit intermediate fluids propane and glycol solution. Then calculate and do the experiments about this heat transfer system.Considering the actual parameter, this paper simulates the parameters of fluids by HYSYS, calculate the heat transfer system under a certain amount of LNG. The calculation includes: heat transfer area, the number of tubes, the volume of heat exchanger, the cost and so on. Compare and analyze the results under two different kinds of intermediate fluids. The results show that the glycol solution is better for the heat transfer process. This paper do the experiments about propane/water, compare the experimental data with some empirical formula calculation. It shows that in horizontal channel, the experimental data about water's Nu is chose to M formula calculation, the experimental error is less than 5%; in inclined channel, the experimental error is larger, can reach to 10%.To propane the data shows that the experimental error is smallest under the formula which is applied to tube-shell heat exchanger, about 10%; but in inclined channel, the experimental error can be 30% with D-B and S-T.Considering the platform FSRU used, there is sea sloshing, so this paper study the effect of the inclined channel. It shows that it may strengthen the heat transfer in a small scale. The temperature of seawater may change during a whole year, so this paper also study the effect of 7~22? seawater, it shows the temperature change has little effect on the heat transfer system. Meanwhile we also study the effect of velocity, it shows when the fluid is really fully developed turbulent flow, the heat transfer coefficient become larger quickly, Nu is affected by Re largely.
