Ship electric propulsion technology from birth to now has a history of more than one hundred years, with the development of ship propulsion technology, Electric propulsion become more and more popular in the world. It’s now the mainstream of many ship propulsion system. With the application of computer and power electronics technology become more mature. Ship electric propulsion use nonlinear power electronic devices which make the ship power system have a serious harmonic pollution. Most of harmonic comes from rectifying device. However, the space in ship is limited, traditional filtering devise such as LC filter takes lots of space, these filters are expansive as well. To solve that, this article states nonorthogonal decoupling theory, then propose a strategy based the theory. The strategy integrate the reactor from passive filter unit into rectifier transformerThe article contain these aspects:First of all, the content states the classification of rectifier system filtering method, and their respective characteristics. Secondly, according to the status of the ship rectification system, article introduce the theory of the nonorthogonal decoupling theory, experiment proved the correctness of the theory. Based the theory, I integrate passive filter unit into rectifier transformer and its winding space configuration scheme. The article design and manufacture a new inductance integrated filtering rectifier transformer. More details on manufacturing technology of the transformer can be found in text.Thirdly, this paper briefly describes the electromagnetic theory and the Maxwell equations, finite element analysis, detailed analysis of the theory for solving integrated reactance of inductors by finite element method theory;With prototype as an example, using the finite element method to solve the inductance value, by comparison with actual values to validate finite element method for solving the feasibility of integrated reactance of inductors.Then a ship status of the Rectifier System Optimization of passive filter is given in programmes, and a mathematical model of integrated inductor of rectifier transformers proposed, a Simulink model of integrated inductor rectifier transformer is built, rectifier and the whole ship system is simulated and compared with experimental data to verify the feasibility of the model.All in all, passive LC filter reactor transformer-integrated programmes arefeasible and can reduce space occupied by a rectifier transformers and filter system,has important realistic significance.
