Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has beco me the main trend of the electric transmissio n system drive motor and has good performance in various industries because of its simple structure, high power densit y and high efficiency. In PMSM contro l system, the precise informatio n of the rotor posit ion and speed is essent ial, which can be measured directly by mechanical posit ion sensors. However, this will not only increase the vo lume, but also limit the applicat ion of permanent magnet synchronous motor system because o f the bad environment such as temperature, corrosion and other requirements. In order to so lve the problem, the sensorless contro l techno logy is proposed and has been one of the most act ive research direct ions in the field o f the electric drive system.This paper focuse on the high frequency signal inject ion PMSM sensorless vecto r contro l, research contents include as fo llows:First ly, introduced the development of per manent magnet synchronous motor and has a co mprehensive analysis of sensorless research status, the high frequency signal inject ion method is planned to be used as the research method in the thesis.Secondly, the basic structure and mathemat ical model of PMSM are analyzed. Then discussed the detailed derivat ion o f the coordinate transform theory and the principle o f vector contro l and choose simple but classic i_d=0 contro l mode as the vector contro l method.Thirdly, the basic theories of rotating high frequency vo ltage signal inject ion and high frequency vo ltage pulse inject ion applied to the speed sensorless vector co ntro l system o f PMSM are deeply analyzed and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink. By co mparison, conclusio n can be drawn that the two kinds of high frequency inject io n method have its different advantages, both can achieve good contro l results. The hardware plat form and the software system o f the PMSM contro l system are developed based on rotat ing high frequency voltage signal inject ion. The system has good dynamic characterist ic and robustness, experiments can be carried out to verify the theoret ical and simulat ion analysis of the proposed method in this paper.Finally, the research works in this paper are reviewed and summarized, and the prospect is given to further improve the system's control performance.
