In recent years, with the more and more widely applications of the inverter power supply, the higher performance of the inverter power supply is required. Research and development of high-performance single-phase inverter power supply has become one of the hot topics in the field of power electronics.In this(paper, a kind of single-phase inverter power supply based on FPGA processor with digital control is designed and implemented. By the analysis of single-phase inverter circuit theory, mathematical model of inverter power is established at the same time, the continuous-time state space model, discrete-time state space model and SPWM modulation are analyzed in detail. In order to improve the accuracy of the sine wave, a novel no-dead-zone SPWM (NODZ SPWM) is proposed in this paper.Compared with the traditional SPWM adding dead-zone modulation, this novel modulation scheme can improve the output accuracy of inverter and the bus voltage utilization. At the same time, this conclusion is proved through the simulation analysis under Mtalab/Simulink. In the comprehensive analysis of the inverter power's digital control strategy, considering the question that the small single-phase powers form high-power three-phase power in parallel, a kind of amplitude-phase control strategy based on digital PID control is proposed in this paper. The amplitude-phase control principle is analyzed in detail, and simulated under Matlab/Simulink which using the traditional SPWM adding dead-zone modulation strategy, the ideal SPWM modulation strategy and the no-dead-zone SPWM modulation. The waveform with no-dead-zone SPWM modulation is better than the waveform with the traditional SPWM adding dead-zone modulation through the FFT analysis of simulation results. The correctness and feasibility of the inverter power's digital control strategy with no-dead-zone modulation scheme have been verified.At last, hardware circuit whose core is FPGA is designed including the main control circuit, detection circuit, drive circuit, and so on. And the related experiment is completed on the experimental platform.
