Biomass gasification technology is a new development in recent years energy technologies, its ingredients come from a variety of sources, environmental good affinity, the development of biomass gasification technology is an effective solution to energy tension and environmental pollution. However, Biomass gasification process exists the security problem in the process of promoting. This topic through the analysis of the security features of graduate student material gasification process and put forward relevant measures to resolve the security problem to reduce the incidence of accidents in the biomass gasification process to avoid or reduce the losses caused by it.In this paper, biomass gasification technology process are analyzed and the research, and classify equipment installation of biomass gasification technology identifying the risk factors of biomass gasification process, through the analysis found that the biomass gasification process mainly exists in the risk for fire accident, explosion and poisoning. Biomass gasification process is analyzed with corn cob as raw material in biomass fuel gas composition to different biomass gas density, the relative molecular weight, High calorific value and explosive limits were calculated. Analyze the influence of inert gas of biomass gas explosion limit, and calculated the corn cob as raw materials of biomass fuel gas explosion limit. Storage tanks and buried in the ground tank explosion accident consequences, by TNT equivalent method to calculate the ground tank explosion of dead zones, seriously injured area,the scope of minor area and safe area and calculate the effect of purification equipment after the explosion scope, proving that the explosion of the purification device also has a certain power; Through to the dynamics equation is derived to calculate the tank exploded fragment of maximum mass ejection distance on the ground; Computing division buried tank explosion and closed the contact boundaries, at the same time tank explosion accident in the process of biomass gasification, carbon monoxide poisoning accident leakage and explosion pressure regulating device has carried on the fault tree analysis concluding the priority for the safety measures to reduce these accident. Analysis between the gasification device and cleaning device, purification plant and the necessity of adding a firewall between the pressure regulating device, due to set up the firewall has been solved by the study of purification device freezes in winter. According to the former continued and contrast of the analysis and calculation of the relevant standard specification for biomass gasification process related safety measures are put forward as a whole. Laid a solid foundation for biomass gasification technology safety technology.
