Natural gas as a new energy,not only close to the lives of the residents,but increasing attention the state has concerned.Natural gas is combustible gas,It has the explosion limits,The dangerous accidents will happen when indoor gas concentration achieves explosion limits.Therefore,there is a potential safety.The explosion accidents happened in recent years due to gas leakage,which caused great casualties and serous economic losses.This paper is to study the gas concentration distribution inside the room,and alarm time the gas concentration achieves lower explosion limits when gas leaks.Natural gas were taken as research objects,This article assumes that natural gas seen as pure CH4,the concentration distribution and variation with different boundary conditions were obtained by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation on leakage and diffusion of indoor combustible gas.The results were contribute to safety design of indoor gas pipelines,and supply theoretical basis for Preventing explosion accidents of indoor combustible gas.Analysis that leakage and diffusion of the combustible gas showed that gas concentration field relate to a variety of factors,such as leakage position,leakage diameter,leakage Pressure,outdoor wind speed etc.We focus on the factors of leakage position,leakage time,influence and ventilation,and room layout.In addition,we use VB programming to produce a calculation software about gas leakage concentration.we focus on various factors by establishing concentration field,But in view of mixing time is usually very small,the time for determining the abnormal flow can almost be ignored,so the software will calculate all the idealised alarm time and anytime concentration when gas leaks. |
