With the enhancement of vehicle performance, installed controller on vehicle is more and more,data transfer between the controllers is also increasing.Point to point connections will increase vehicle weight,wiring inconvenient,failure increasing and reducing reliability.Application of Bus technology avoids these problems.It is also the vehicle control technology trends.Construction vehicle's function is more than ordinary vehicle, the control system is more complex construction vehicle needs more strictly requirem ents on safety, reliability, timeliness and maintainability.Using bus technology not only meet the control requirements, and can simplify the vehicle harness and enhance the reliability of the control system, reduce maintenance costs and improve maintenan ce efficiency.In this project, Bus technology is used in construction vehicles control system, improve system real-time, reliability and safety. Vehicle control system is more intelligent,it can automatically diagnose and automatically handle failure.We choose limousines and truck for benchmarking study, analysis the technical plan.such.as.electrical.configuration, function, bus type and network program, combined with market research to master a large number of user requirements and the accumulation of design experience, determine the project electrical functional requirements.According to analysis and research the electrical components working principle and characteristics of engine, transmission, ABS, instrument, body, chassis and etc, work out the vehicle CAN bus network plan and electrical intelligent control system.According to project demand, developed body control module,chassis control module and intelligent instrument. In order to solve the failure of CAN bus system,put forward vehicle fault recovery and security control strategy.In order to verify the research results and convert the research into product,project team adpot CAN kits like CANoe, CANscope, CANstress and etc of Germany Vector company, and set up the vehicle testing table for vehicl e system testing. Through testing and improvment,project team finish the vehicle trial-manufacture and 30,000 km road test in Hainan testing site.
