Concentrating solar cogeneration unit combined photovoltaic thermal(PVT) technology and technology of compound parabolic concentrator(CPC) concentrator together.It took advantages of both photovoltaic power generation and low temperature heat utilization,adopting compound parabolic concentrator for gathering sunlight and overcoming the shortcomings of the insufficient light intensity.Built-in type and aluminum channels were adhered on the back of photovoltaic cells, and water was used for cooling the photovoltaic.However, the device existed problems about the coordination of photovoltaic efficiency and thermal efficiency.In order to effectively coordinate the thermal efficiency and the photovoltaic efficiency, and make the temperature of the outlet water which absorbed the heat of photovoltaic cells stabilize at a high appropriate range, and ensure high output photovoltaic power and the utilization efficiency,it used the CPC-PVT cogeneration device as a monitoring and control object, and developed a monitoring and control system for the device,which was based on the software of iFIX.It used iFIX to develop PC software for realizing friendly human-computer interaction screen function,and achieved real-time monitoring of solar installations by label point real-time display, real-time trend chart shows,the display and preservation of historical trend, preservation and view of the report, high and low limit alarms, outputs of a control signal and other interactive ways.It used Advantech ADAM5000 Series module to realize data exchange between software and hardware, achieving data acquisition of PV panel temperature, current, voltage, manual and automatic flow regulation, switches and other controls.It could automatically track the sun azimuth and manually adjust the CPC direction by using CPC-dimensional intermittently tracking system and the serial communication protocols and programming.According to the data collected in the field,it analyzed the performance indicators of the device, providing the basis for optimizing operation parameters.Applying the monitoring and control system in the CPC-PVT cogeneration device,provided a quick and easy means of monitoring for the promotion and application of CPC-PVT technology,for achieving the purpose of efficient solar cogeneration, further industrialization and good social benefits.
