With the development of Chinese urbanization, the height and the foundation depth of building increases. To protect the safety of the adjacent buildings, structures and the safety of deep foundation construction site, it is necessary to carry out Foundation pit support. The common forms of support are simple horizontal support, cement concrete, soil nail, bolt, underground continuous wall and so on. The traditional method wastes material resource and delays the schedule. It is not benefit for the cost and schedule control of buildings. As a result, the development of the city is restricted,The paper is to solve issues of the traditional foundation pit support engineering, such as long duration, high resource consumption and cost. A new system of foundation pit support which combines grid Slope protection board with anchor is studied in this paper. Slope protection board models in the form of four pyramid grid truss with different parameters have been established based on ANSYS to make researches on the static analysis, the modal analysis and seismic time history analysis. Finally, the mechanical properties of those boards have been achieved. According to the results, the best one is chosen to be combined with the Foundation pit as a whole model. The analysis of gravity load and half wave sine car load is studied to ensure the feasibility of the supporting system. Some advices for the design and development of the composite support system have been provided. Through the study of this subject, this composite support system can be applied to the clay soil of good soil conditions in short duration and suitable for foundation pit engineering using anchor rod construction with depth in 20m on which The slope can be put on;. The system is a kind of innovative solution with new technologies to replace the traditional construction methods in high consumption, high cost, long construction period and is capable of decreasing the cost and duration of the Foundation pit support in the case of effectively guaranteeing the pit safety, it has important guidance to practical projects. |
