| Accidents of pipeline explosion in pipeline transportation always happen. In order to reduce losses and risk, the pipeline must be promptly shut down to cut off the transmission fluid channel. Therefore, this study proposed pipeline burst of passive protection system,which is fully automatic protection device of an independent type. This system does not need external energy to drive, which cleverly uses the energy of the fluid. After the pipeline repaired, the normal function of pipeline could be restored artificially. This system is mainly composed of a valve, a sense of flow, hydraulic cylinder, the driving gear and many control valves, connected to form a passive system through the pipeline, installing protective role in all kinds of transportation pipeline. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:(1) It describes five modes of universal transport, including their advantages and disadvantages.And it focuses on the pipeline transportation which plays an important role both at home and abroad. The traditional method of pipeline at home and abroad blast protection system introduces the work principle of passive pipeline blast protection system studied in this paper,and the structure characteristics.(2)The structural design of pipeline burst of passive protection systems has been finished.It mainly produces the main valve, pipeline blast system of passive hydraulic cylinder,adjustable differential flow shuttle valve and pipe cleaning system to pass valve detailed design, calculation and verification, and establishes the three-dimensional model of passive pipeline explosion in Creo protection system the.(3) The key component of the non-active pipeline blast protection system was analyzed by ANSYS, using the flow field finite element analysis method to analyze the adjustable differential flow shuttle valve and the whole system.Pipeline explosion problem has plagued the world, blast protection device in the prior art production of a variety of channels, but the structure is complex and expensive. This paper compared with the existing technology, non-active pipeline blast protection system are reliability and low cost, the system can be a good substitute for imported equipment industrial system in China, which has huge social and economic benefits in reducing cost,environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction. |
