Research The Cheng Xihu Flood Storage Of Optimal Scheduling Of Flood Resources

The shortage of water resources seriously restrict the economic development of the areas along the Huaihe,combined with the current situation of water resources shortage of Huaihe basin,to explore an effective way to solve the shortage of water resources in the area along Huaihe.Use the Linhuaigang flood control project at the midstream of the Huaihe,in the premise to ensure the safety of flood control,research the use of water area of the Cheng Xihu flood storage area to storage the flood which is at the end of the dry season of Huaihe,to realize flood resources,alleviate the current shortage situation of the surrounding and downstream in the non flood season.Through the runoff data over the years and research each level year of water demand as the foundation, through regulation calculation to determine the scale of water area of Cheng Xihu and the water yield to Cheng Xihu from Huaihe,through the scheme comparison and select floor elevation of 19 m,flow capacity 100m3/sof sluice.Using Mike21 to establish numerical model of river network,dynamic simulation of the Cheng Xihu water area in the whole process water diversion of Huaihe in flood season and select at September,15 to start concentrate diversion the water of Huaihe to storage. Analysis the Cheng Xihu reservoir at the end of flood season of different storage level to diversion water of Huaihe to storage,comprehensive analysis the benefit under the different water level and relative risk to compare and choose different water level.When the Cheng Xihu water area diversion Huaihe to storage flood In favor of benefits,the best storage scheme select number 195205;when the Cheng Xihu water area diversion Huaihe to storage floodln favor of risks,the best storage scheme select number 195196.To explore the use of flood resources with water district of the Cheng XiHu in the area of water storage, changing attitudes to flood about flood detention area, andknow its resource,but also to fully play the storage capacity of flood storage area.The utilization of flood resources is an effective measures to solve the current shortage of water resources, fundamentally speaking,is to change the use of flood resources from engineering water conservancy to resource shortage of water resources,in accordance with China basic national conditions and the needs of social development, adhere to the Scientific Outlook on Development,take the road of sustainable development.
