This paper implies the comparability of planning improvement for starter, and announced the identification and quantification of the means and standard parameters of high voltage distribution network life-cycle costs and benefits, by analyzing the costs and benefits of the full life cycle of each steps of planning projects, to carry out comparation of high voltage distribution network planning scheme, in order to improve efficiency of planning and to achieve specified management of planning project.Firstly, this paper give the classification and analysation of the high-pressure distribution network planning projects, according to the different purposes of high voltage distribution grid project construction, given the released study and exiesting research and the further application of the research result.
