The Optimization Design Of Drill Jumbo's Working Mechanism

With the rise of construction industry,for example rock quarrying,tunnel excavation,and so on,a large number of drilling rig manufacturer emergence for recent years.We products stays in the initial stage and our overall level is limitied,because we always imitate europe and united states' products,havn't grasp drill jumbo's core technology.Therefore,systematic study dirll jumbo appear more and more important,it's related to the development of construction,economic benefits,industry.The core of drill jumbo is working mechanism,for this optimization design of the degree,intuition decision the important problem,like product power,stability,strength and fatigue life.In order to break the present technical situation fundamentally,this paper was carried out the optimazation design for drill jumbo's working mechanism by using the finite element technology,virtual prototype technology and other modern design method.Through the application of these methods,we successful solved the problen,like structure unreasonable,energy consumption is too large,lower stability and lower life.This paper's main work and achievements are as follows :(1)Optimazation the design of drill jumbo's working mechanism,by using the method of theoretical calculation and ADMAS simulation,has designed the low energy consumption and high out put performace's woring mechanism.(2)Base on the optimazation mechanism,using the method that combination UG and NX-NASTRAN technology carried out the structure optimization.(3)Using geometry optimization,shape optimization,topology optimization,this three optimization methods,analyzed in-depth and systematic study on the feeding beam,successfully avoid foreign aluminum beam patent product and designed ourseleves feeding beam.At the same time,also developed the welded beam.The whole process based on theory,using moddern design methods as mechanism optimization,structure optimizaiton and so on,rather than isolated on a local object.The design idea and method not only drill jumbo insudtry can be widely used,the other similar product,also has the useful reference value.In addition,the two mentioned feeding beam has been manufacturing and application,the rig has completed a preliminary test,the related adjustment device is put into operation.
