With the rapid development of national economy, the growing progress of science and technology, foundation reinforcement technology is also increasingly diversified. How can more safe, economic and fast reinforce the original foundation is an active research area in recent years in civil engineering.Since the foundation is a kind of underground concealed work, therefore, foundation settlement or differential settlement must be a rigid index of the engineering safety. Generally speaking, the foundation settlement and uneven settlement existence the following two questions:1, foundation settlement or uneven settlement on the action mechanism of the undisturbed soil; 2, foundation settlement or unequal settlement on the main structure the impact. Foundation settlement and uneven settlement of large would cause the upper structure out of shape, craze, collapse and other fatal harm.Based on the previous traditional foundation treatment methods, this passage carry on innovative thinking, put forward a new type of foundation treatment methods -- bagged sand foundation reinforcement treatment method, In the foundation treatment technology, the core factor is to break the traditional thinking mode, and carry on creative thinking, the method of this foundation treatment technology is putting the original foundation soil into the designed and manufactured plastic woven bags and stacking into the arch bridge form to take advantage of arch bridge good mechanical properties. This method has the advantage of local materials, so material handling time and project cost can be effectively saved, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.In this foundation reinforcement treatment method, improved method adopted is putting the foundation soil into polypropylene plastic bag at the original site of project, And then to mechanically compacting the excavated soil bin, the filled woven bags in accordance with the designed stacked neatly placed, the last job is to backfill foundation trench. This article is guided by the design train of thought, and it is completed based on the 1:10 indoor model experiment. In the indoor simulation experiment, we adopt specifications for 1#, the size is 45 X 40 X 3 mm plastic valve bag instead of in the design of plastic woven bag, and in the experiment we use finished product of fine sand from Chifeng city in Inner Mongolia desert to simulate the undisturbed soil in actual engineering. In the process of the whole experiment, a total of 10 groups of experiments were done, in each group of experiment the number of sand bags and stacking mode were changed in turn, and make sure the distance from the top sand to loading device is certain (30mm), at the end of each group of experiment, remove all the sand in sand tank, and then in accordance with the fixed way sand backfill, as far as possible to reduce man-made initial disturbance. At the end of the whole experiment process, after the 10 groups of experiment results' integration, analysis, comparison, we draw a conclusion that bagged sand foundation reinforcement method can greatly improve the bearing capacity of foundation soil, and effectively reduce the foundation settlement and uneven settlement, and hope to provide data and theoretical support for the future learning and research. This paper also prospects for the foundation treatment method, is applicable to any soil areas, especially in the coastal soft soil and sandy soil northwest more can reflect the superiority of bagged sand foundation reinforcement method.
