Cellular components with high bearing capacity, large bending rigidity, reasonable section form and economic benefit are remarkable.Above all, Cellular components were used in large span spatial structure system and the pipeline can be through the holes on the web which reduces the floor height effectively and obtains considerable economic benefit, so the application of cellular components are more and more widely.The hole on the web plate of the cellular components weaken the cross section, which makes the web easier to occur local instability of cellular components, leading to the loss of load-carrying capacity. Stability of local web of cellular components are the important factor s influencing the uniting loading capacity.With the development and improvement of the production level and production status, as well as the wide application of high strength steel, the cellular components develop toward the direction of more light and thin wall, at the same time the phenomenon of instability are more likely to happen. Nowadays, the study of the stability of cellular components web are slow, and foreign codes restrict the honeycomb structure which are basically in accordance with the relevant provisions of solid web member;security is guaranteed, but too conservative.There is no domestic relevant specification on this issue. Therefore, this topic study the web local stability of cellular bending member, and research the force way and mechanical performance of cellular components under the condition of compression-by-test-and simulation method,which provide suggestions for the actual project.In this paper, the web local stability of four bending components of two pass is studied under the research method of the experimental study and finite element simulation analysis. The buckling load and buckling and ultimate load in hexagon holes and round holes of cellular components under eccentric load is researched. By establishing finite element model of the two kinds of pass, analysis eigenvalue buckling and nonlinear buckling,and the results of the analysis results are compared with the experiment, showing good agreement between the two,which lays the foundation for subsequent analysis of the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.Based on the experiment, a lot of finite element parameters analysis about honeycomb bending component had been analyzed. Elastic buckling load under different pass,web flange thickness ratio, web depth-thickness ratio and vertical opening rate of cellular components had been discussed,and analyzes the factors effect on the elastic buckling load and ultimate load.Through the establishment of the relationship between various influencing factors and the elastic buckling load,putting forward elastic buckling load formula of local stability of cellular compression-bending member by data fitting, web high-thickness ratio limit formula of, honeycomb bending to providing a reference for practical engineering.
