Aiming at the tool-type strain sensor of WDAS-YB 100, using the finite element method, laboratory experiment, real bridge test and other methods, and through conventional strain gauges paste method for comparison, to develop the application technology of tool-type strain sensor in bridge strain tests to obtain the following main results:? By ANSYS finite element numerical simulation analysis and calibration experiments shows, WDAS-YB100 strain sensor type tool by digging holes strain magnified by 1.5 times, the sensitivity coefficient of 1.685.? Aiming at the tool-type strain sensor of WDAS-YB 100 for the indoor steel beam experiments, it was found that the Strain compared with the theoretical value of strain gages and tool-type strain sensor the maximum relative error of 2.5% and 3.4% by ANSYS finite element analysis and experimental results,the measurement results have a high accuracy, repeatability and stability, and other equipment and data acquisition can better match. Meanwhile the indoor steel beam experiments is a small component test, due to the strain sensor distance measured arched structure There is a certain distance from the surface of the impact tool strain gage sensor strain is a strain value of 2.18 times, with the theoretical value of the relative error of 1.38%, the experimental results with theoretical calculations has good repeatability.? After the adoption of the tool-type strain sensors for indoor steel beam bond strength experiments and concrete beam bridge bond strength test analysis, in consideration of the influence of temperature and amount of glue to paste the time of the case, the steel surface pasted seven minutes, the surface of the concrete structure paste 25 minutes after the test is desirable. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate web strain measurement the cylindrical base should be replaced by a L pedestal base, and the L base side as the adhesive surface measurements, increasing tool strain gauge sensor bridge and other structures for strain measurement.? The two real bridge experiments using comparison test of the tool-type strain sensors of WDAS-YB100 and strain gauge measurements, and through the calibration coefficients of measured strain values were discrete analysis, the Calibration coefficient variance of tool-type strain sensor is smaller than the variance of the strain gauge measurements calibration coefficient, indicating that the degree of dispersion for the calibration coefficient of tool-type strain sensor is less than the calibration coefficients of strain gauge measurement, strain measurement tooltype strain sensor stability better, more accurate and less impact by human factors. Meanwhile tool-type strain sensor installation and removal simple, low skill requirements, and less timeconsuming.
