Steel tube concrete structure can effectively utilize waste concrete, and have a good stay in force characteristics of the structure, is an effective use of construction waste way, but to protect the ecological environment, make a great contribution to the conservation of resources, promote the sustainable development of social economy. At present, domestic and foreign research of steel tube concrete is still relatively small, for the study of form of steel tube concrete structure has been mature. The form of concrete filled square steel tube and steel tube concrete structure theory has been improved. Structure of steel tube concrete column has been applied to actual engineering. Based on the summary of recycled concrete, concrete filled steel tubular flexural members of other steel tube concrete flexural member force characteristics and bearing capacity analysis and conclusion are made.In this paper, by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software of steel tube concrete nonlinear analysis of flexural member, through the results of model test results and the existing settlement, establish inspection model is correct. By using the finite element model of steel tube concrete flexural member of concrete compressive strength, the yield strength of steel, recycled concrete replacement rate and tube wall thickness four factors were analyzed. And the establishment of the orthogonal finite element model test, analysis of the two dimensions factors on bearing capacity of member, respectively, bending modulus and wall thickness of steel pipe section. Through the analysis of the strength and steel concrete compressive yield strength of flexural members bearing, the influence factors for the hoop coefficient of concrete filled steel tubular structure on bearing capacity of flexural members. By fitting the rate and the square steel tube concrete bending bearing capacity of the recycled concrete to replace the relationship between them, from the results of the replacement rate effects on bearing capacity is very small. When the recycled concrete steel tube, the recycled concrete is in force performance difference is greatly reduced. In the constraint on recycled concrete pipe to the various aspects of the ordinary concrete and features are similar.Finally, according to the various factors affecting the regeneration capacity of concrete-filled square steel tube concrete flexural members, bearing capacity formula by fitting the calculated results of finite element simulation of the square steel tube under certain conditions of the recycled concrete bending member.
