Castellated components are steel component holed in H-steel or I-steel's web. The holes are divided into two types. one is in the steel webs according to certain requirements directly punch, another one is that the steel structure is formed along a certain line or arc line to the web and then welding cutting and dislocation. In our country, the cellular component used to larger span beams, it can save steel, and it is convenient for pipeline crossing, it can also reduce the floor height in high-rise structure.In view of the various advantages of cellular steel structure, cellular steel structure widely application now. From the beginning of the sixty's of the twentieth Century, some countries in Europe and Japan began to application of cellular steel frame structure, formulated the regulations and relevant design standards for the application of cellular steel structure.In recent years, in our country the light steel structure of portal frame is also applied the castellated components, and have achieved good social and economic benefits. In order to meet the needs of practical engineering application of domestic of cellular steel structure component, the application of cellular steel structure of more common, we should be thoroughly studied the related key problems of the honeycomb steel structural members.Honeycomb steel most used welding method, and in welding process we always keep welding to local heating, leading to local heating temperature weldment in uneven distribution, but also in the process of welding, the temperature distribution inside the component will chande continuously; in addition, because the welding temperature is very high, the general exceeded the melting temperature of parent material or solder, the cooling time and the temperature decrease rate is not uniform, the plastic deformation between the constraints, the component internal residual stress exists. The residual stress, called the welding residual stress. Compared with the research of honeycomb steel structure stability of cellular steel welding residual stress research is basically blank, China also has not formulated the corresponding technical standards to guide the engineering design and construction.In view of the above problems, this subject mainly adopts the experimental study, the eight opening of the cellular components and two solid web steel structure as the research object, respectively, the stress distribution of welding residual stress test. Through the welding residual stress distribution of different components, analysis of the different type, different opening modes, different opening ratio, web depth thickness ratio and other parameters affect on welding residual stress of honeycomb steel structural members. A foundation for the further study of issues related to the cellular component, and provides reference for engineering application. In order to study the follow-up theory further development has laid a good foundation, and provide the experimental basis for the powerful.
