Research On The Structure Design And Evaluation Of Insulation Materials Applied To Rural Residence's Roof

Nowadays, the amount of rural residential constructions is giant, which accounts for more than half part of total residential constructions in China. However, due to the poor economy and special geographical characteristics of villages and small towns, the construction level of rural houses still stays in a stage of backward technologies and low levels for a long time. At present, poor functions, high costs, unscientific design, high energy consumption and prominent security problems are the significant problems of rural houses in our country, this not only increase the economic burden of rural residents, also threaten the safety of their life and properties, which are against with energy conservation and environment protection, and seriously block the advance of new socialist countryside in China and the sustainable development of rural construction.As one of the most important parts of the construction, except for doors and windows, roof is a comprehensive system with many functions, which plays an important role in building energy-saving and security, therefore it is very necessary to develop a roof with complete functions, which is economic and practical, safe and environmental. With the advance of new rural construction and the increasing improvement of rural residents'living standards, the current status of rural residence's roofs can satisfy people's basic needs no longer. Hence modifying the functions and security of rural housing roof is the major issue for researching at present, this paper will carry out the study of structure design of plane roof and evaluation of roofing insulation material which are applicable for rural constructions respectively, to further improve and perfect the functions and security of rural plane roofs.This paper firstly analyzed and explained the important role of roofing structures and roofing materials in rural construction security. Then carried out the on-site investigation on rural housing roofs in current China's villages and towns, to get a comprehensive understanding of the structure, roof styles, roofing materials, ceiling, cost and usage condition of current rural residence's roof, and summarized the safety problems and deficiencies existing in rural housing roof. Finally, based on the current status of rural housing roof, this paper put forward the "applicable plane roof, and according to the definition of "applicable plane roof, by means of referring the technologies and structures of current plane roof, and combining with rural resident's economic level, according to the nationwide architectural thermal engineering design areas, proceeded the structure design of applicable plane roof for hot-summer and warm-winter region, hot-summer and cold-winter region, cold area and severe cold region villages and towns respectively, which is economic, functional, safe and environmental.Aimed at the varieties and the chaos of current roofing materials, combined with the economy of rural regions and the actual situation, this paper finally selects the VRS model as the evaluation model of rural roofing insulation materials, according to the survey questionnaire of evaluation indexes, took economic, energy-saving, environmental, health and safety as the evaluation indexes, and based on each index to establish the comprehensive evaluation system which was applicable for evaluating rural roofing insulation materials, and at last, used the DEAP2.1 software of VRS model to evaluate several common roofing insulation materials. The results show that the hydrophobic expanded perlite, hydrophobic rock wool and glass cotton were the most effective decision making units of DEA, which indicated that these materials can be used as rural roof insulation materials which are performance-reliable and economic, while polyurethane is not suitable.By researching roofing structures and the evaluation of roofing insulation materials, which can achieve to ensure the function and security of rural residence's roof, reduce the financial burdens of rural residents, provide advanced roofing technologies for rural construction, guide the construction of China's rural residence, moreover, it has a great significance on propelling the advance of new socialist countryside in China and the sustainable development of rural construction.
