As a main form of building wall insulation in the north area,The XPS board thin-plastering external insulation system and combing the surface’s cracking、material shedding problems that occurred in actual use of the system of the XPS board thin-plastering external insulation system, Even a serious falling of the heat preservation material, the heat insulation performance loss. But Anti-cracking technology of exterior wall external insulation system lacking systematic research,and that relevant measure for conformation,construction technology,inspection of construction technique and correlative standard are more destitute,can not ensure construction quality. So anti-cracking technology of exterior wall external insulation system need to study,especially in northeast extreme cold areas. On the status of the application areas currently outside the cold insulation systems analysis, found that adhesion, bond and combine and cast anchor system for commonly used insulation systems engineering.In this paper, we conduct a research on the analysis of the cracking, material shedding problems that occurred in actual use of the system of the XPS board thin-plastering external insulation system, from the aspects of the structure design of external insulating layer, materials and construction technologies. Some efficiency measures have been proposed against those problems in order to improve the performance of the external thermal insulation system. |
