PM2.5has great harm to humans and environment?huge number of industrialboilers widely distribute in our country?and the dust collectors which industrial boilersuse are low efficiency?which results in industrial boilers become an important source ofemissions of atmospheric particulate matters?However?there are few researchs onparticulate matters generation characteristic during coal combustion in industrialboilers?Based on these status?this paper designs and finishes building a experimentalboiler?Considered on the existing defects?this paper improves coal feeding system?sampling system?weighting system and other parts?In order to guarantee this systemcan meet layer burning?system is debugged after completion of built?Based on finishedwork?this paper does research on generation and mechanism of PM2.5for coalcombustion on industrial boilers?Based on combustion experiments of different kinds ofcoals?formation characteristics are studied?In terms of formation characteristics?PM2.5generation focused on the progress ofvolatile generating and the beginning of burning?Generation area can be divided intotwo parts?fast generation area and slow generation area? Fast generation has two peaksdistribution? In the particle size distribution? number concentration and massconcentration have a single peak distribution?the peak disappear at the end ofcombustion? For peaks? number concentration and mass concentration presentfluctuation trends with coal size growing bigger?In terms of the total amounts?PM2.5amounts also present the fluctuated downward trend?In terms of combustion condition affectation on PM2.5?based on lots ofexperiments including measuring gas parameters?changing oxygen concentration?changing excess air coefficient? observing single particle morphology and EDSanalysis?generating mechanism is studied?The results shows that the main componentof PM2.5is carbon black?The first peak is due to the low temperature?and the secondpeak is due to lack of oxygen?these reasons introduce coal can not be totally burned?...
