Nowadays,the pollution of heavy metal wastewater has been perplexing human society.Heavy metal is harmful to human body and ecological environment seriously.Lead wastewater is mainly from electroplating,metallurgy and other industries,which is the cause of human bone pain diseases.Biosorption technology in heavy metal wastewater treatment has the advantages of the high efficiency,no secondary pollution,good environmental and economic benefits,but due to the biological adsorbent are widespread low mechanical mild,chemical stability,to the actual industrial application bring certain difficulties,affecting the adsorption effect of heavy metals.Fe3O4 nanoparticles as a kind of magnetic nanoparticles,has high specific surface area and surface activity,and easy to combine with fungi stability,in view of the Nano-Fe3O4 have good magnetic responsiveness,biocompatibility,and surface characteristics such as lack of coordination,try to associate it with aeromonas for the new type of adsorbent so this paper try to associate it with aeromonas for the new type of adsorbent.In this study,the first step is the preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles which was confirmed by TEM and X-ray characterization.The results show that the particle size of the nano-Fe3O4 patricles is uniform,high purity and good dispersibility.Then selection of logarithmic phase strains was the second step.After that,A novel biosorbent was prepared by loading aeromonas onto nano-Fe3O4?NFA?.Secondly,the factors,including pH value initial concentration,absorbent dosage and contace time of NFA on heavy metal were investigated.The results show that NFA has high adsorption rate on Pb2+at the solution pH of 4.0,the adsorbent dosage of 0.5g/L,the contact time of 1 hour when the initial concentrarion of Pb2+is 30mg/L.Finally,The kinetidcs and adsorption isotherm law were analyzed,and the machanisms of Pb2+were discussed by SEM and FTIR.The results show that the kinetic model of NFA can be described by the pseudo-second-order model well,and the isotherm model is fitted to Langmuir,which explains that the adsorption process is monolayer adsorption.The surface form of NFA changes because of adsorbing Pb2+.The FTIR results were available to demonstrate that both the functional aeromonas and the Nano-Fe3O4 played part in the adsorption process.In conclusion,as-prepared absorbents showed a promising prospect for application in heavy metal-containing wastewater treatment.Based on the above research,the theoretical basis and data support were provided for the treatment of heavy wastewater by nano Fe3O4.
