The key link of the mining is crushing.With the continuous application of the self-mobile crushing station in the semi continuous mining process,the demand for the self-mobile crushing station is also increasing.At present,the large self-mobile crushing stations are mostly dependent on imports,and the price is expensive,in order to change this situation,our engineers need to intensify study and design self-mobile crushing stations of various structural equipment,strive for the early realization of localization.At present,the design specifications and standards corresponding to the apron feeder are not available in China,and the corresponding structural design experience is lacking.The main frame of the apron feeder is mainly supported by the load from the weight of material,hopper,tailgate and its structure,and sharing the frame with the scraper conveyor,and connected to the main steel structure of the crushing station.In the course of work,the frame continuously bear the impact load from the Electric shovel discharge,the stiffness and strength of the structure directly affects the normal work of the whole self-mobile crushing station.So it is necessary to study and analyze the frame structure of apron feeder.Based on the project of 3200t/h self-mobile crushing station of “9 # coal mining-transportation system in Anjialing open-pit coal mine in Pingshuo”,this paper studies the basic structure of heavy-duty apron feeder of self-mobile crushing station and studies the structural characteristics and the stress characteristics of the frame,designed a reasonable frame structure.Then,the three-dimensional solid model of the frame of the apron feeder is built in the SolidWorks software and the frame is simplified.The method of importing data into the ANSYS software is established and the finite element model is established.Thirdly,according to the actual working condition of the apron feeder,the load condition of the apron feeder is restore as actually as possible,and the calculation and loading method of the load are studied.The load combinations of the apron feeder under three conditions are analyzed,and the strength of the frame structures under three working conditions is analyzed by finite element method.According to the strength analysis results,the frame structure is improved,and the strength and stiffness under different working conditions are calculated again.Finally,studying the stress ratio method to check the fatigue strength of the frame,and checking the fatigue strength of the dangerous section of the frame.In this paper,through the analysis and calculation on the frame structure of the apron feeder of 3200t/h self-mobile crushing station has laid a certain theoretical basis for the localization of the self-mobile crushing station,which provides a reliable basis for the analysis and calculation of the frame structure of apron feeder,and it provides a reasonable and effective theoretical and practical experience for future design and development.
